AP&T launches new concept for turnkey production solutions

AP&T is now launching a whole new range of turnkey production lines. The first in the series is complete production solutions for air duct parts. The concept opens up completely new possibilities for producing where the market is and competing on a local level.

AP&T's concept can be applied at both EU and US standards and combines a high level of material exchange with a high level of availability. The intention is to give the company's customers the ability to quickly and easily begin manufacturing and competing in a market practically anywhere in the world.

 

“Easy-to-establish production with a high degree of reliability gives our customers completely new opportunities to act near their market,” says AP&T's Global Sales and Service Manager, Per Josefsson.

 

A typical production solution for air duct parts includes blank feeding with cutting, press feeding, hydraulic press, press tools and outfeed. But, the customer is not locked to a solution or a degree of automation. The production solution can be delivered as a fully automated line or as machines prepared for later automation.
